When you initially contact S1 you will be directed to a senior transcription supervisor. This supervisor will be your contact person and account manager (for the tenure of our serving you). You will be given her company-provided cell phone number to assure 24-hours-a-day availability. We are always available when you need us!
During this initial conversation she will find all relevant information needed to start the transition process, such as: the number of doctors in the practice or clinic, quantity and number of templates your dictators need or use, turnaround times, quantity of dictation, time-of-day and type of “stats” and internet capabilities; how would you like to operationally communicate with S1; contracts and whether or not your practice wants or needs one. Additional information would include: how your dictators presently and in the future want to dictate, the equipment used or desired (800 lines, portables, internet direct phones); and a complete explanation of all billing policies and procedures.
Once you are confident that S1 Transcription is the company to serve your transcription needs, and we are confident that we completely understand your practice, your senior transcription supervisor will work with you to bring a dictator or originator on-line. It is paramount that we provide a seamless transition so all precautions are taken. During this process S1 will get a firm grasp on your specific needs as well as your expectations. We will prove to you at this point you have made a great decision to trust us with your transcription needs.
When both parties are assured that we have the “test” originators working perfectly we will then gradually transition the balance of originators on-line. Through these processes and procedures, we can not only assure a perfect transition, but we can update your technology if you desire— many times for free!
